Issue with DSD Multichannel Playback on Marantz AV8805 via Roon Bridge on Windows 10 Machine (ref#MG68DN)

I am all of a sudden seeing this exact same behavior on multiple systems. They all used to work just fine. When I try to play DSD (DSF format) multichannel from Windows PC (both Win 10 & Win 11) I get the error “Failed to initialize the audio device”. I have this problem on with a Win 10 DIY machine connected via HDMI to a Yamaha A1030 receiver and on a Dell Optiplex with Win 11 connected via HDMI to an Anthem Statement D2V pre-pro.
