I'm having trouble adding music to my library

Since updating my MacMini to Sonoma 14.3.1, Roon does not read my external drive which has all my digital files on it, the message I get is; ERROR LOADING FOLDER UNAUTHORIZED, any suggestions?

Check the access in macOS to external volumes for roon apps.

You didn’t say what macOS version you were on before, but I’m assuming something much older.

Yes, i was on the previous operating system.

I’m not on my Mac so can’t screen shot it but iirc under system preferences and security.

Failing that search here for external disk macOS it’s been posted many times
