Tidal playlists don't synchronize with Roon after the latest update

The last library sync status stays “Synching library now” and logout/re-login to Tidal didn’t help
Just an update, the playlist is now synchronized but the library sync status is still “Syncing library now”
I’m glad to hear things are back to normal for you!
If your playlist and overall content is looking properly synchronized, there’s no need to keep a close eye on the Tidal pop up window in settings, it should finalize in the background without issue.

Same issue for me, stuck indefinately on ‘syncing library now’ since last update and never finished. Albums between ridal and roon not syncing. There was def a bug or something introduced. Tidal Library Syncing Issue (ref#A8B54W)
Same here. Restart of roon core doesnt change it. Need this feature to sync instantly.
Roon is on the latest release since some week(s) now. Until two days ago the Tidal synchonization was working as expected, since yesterday it is working only sporadically (i.e. 3 albums/20 synchronizied into Roon, remaining 17 not). Today with the new releases no synchronization since hours now. Is there any challenge with the Roon/Tidal synchonization in general (my assumption) or is it just on my machine (Setting unchanged for months). If so, I would be helpful to have this fixed. Thanks.

Tidal is not Syncing Properly. It was working fine for years, but now it's stuck under services --> tidal --> edit --> "syncing library now". It wont change from this. I have signed in and out multiple times, rebooted Roon twice, no good. Albums I add in Roon or In tidal are not reflecting either way. Actual playing music or browsing tidal inside roon are working fine.

Thank you for the report. The team will activate diagnostics and investigate further. Do you have any example of an album that has failed to sync with Roon from Tidal so we can pinpoint the failure in logs?

Howdy - logged some testing this morning of random albums
Dua lipa album added 8.02am in roon
Honk if your sad album added tidal app 8am
“Love” single added in tidal app 8am
Dua lipa showed in tidal by 8.05am (adding in roon adds to tidal)
No items added in tidal are showing in roon
Appears a one way issue
Good to know that I’m not the only one with this issue

Same here. None of my albums from tidal sync with my Roon every since updated Roon. Same issues with everyone.

Doesn't sync Tidal Albums. It start and stops after some Albums and Playlists(Album 600 from 3000).A few minutes later it loses all albums except those stored on the hard disk. I don't know why.I have tried everything, but unfortunately without success, I have already reinstalled Roon and restarted my MacBook Air several times. I have disconnected and reconnected Tidal several times. But unfortunately it doesn't work. So the software is unusable for me. I hope you have a solution for me soon. Many thanks in advance.

@Roon_Moderators This is the same issue that is affecting numerous users.
I have a few screenshots of the issue to post tomorrow morning as I’m just leaving the server alone without using the player to see how the changes flow through to the Library without using the player.
You may wish to merge this with existing Support Request (ref#1073DU)
I’ve merged your Support request into the existing topic - Support is investigating this issue.

<[moderated image due to personal information displayed]' />Hi, since today Tidal synchronization does’nt work well. I got more than 900 albums in Tidal and Roon shows only 367 of them. The rest stays unvisible. That makes my playlist partly unvailable. Am I the only one to experiment this ? What can i do ? Thanks for your help. Thierry.
