Issues with Separate Qobuz Profiles on Roon Nucleus (ref#H9Q7AU)

Describe the issue

We just received a Roon Nucleus. We are extremely disappointed that it appears my wife and I can't have separate Qobuz profiles that are independent of each other without affecting the other's history, etc. It seems two profiles should provide a unique experience. I would hope you can offer something I missed but considering I've done quite a bit of research I doubt I'm mistaken. If I'm not, could you tell me what the return policy is? Thank you.
