I just purchased a Nucleus+ and it won’t power up.
I checked the power adapter and it doesn’t appear to be powering at all. I’ve tried several outlets that are working in my house. It appears there should be a little LED light on the power supply as well which doesn’t turn on.
How do I contact you all so I can get a replacement ordered?
