What kind of walls do you have? Concrete, brick, wood, glass?
I already looked 
It’ll be a partition wall, timber frame and plasterboard.
Based on UniFi’s design tool I should be ok.
I’ve got a mocked up temporary wall in place and everything is working 
May get 1 more just in case.
I’ve also decided to pull in 1 more ethernet to hardwire my Rear extensions Apple TV.
All walls and ceilings will be filled in with sound proofing insulation. So, walls ears will be muffled

Depends on the walls, I had 3 in the house but now down to 2. It seemed overkill and I could not get them to roam properly as too close together. With one in my outside office as well back garden has great coverage too.
