M4a files were skipped

@support
Many of my apple lossless files (m4a) were skipped, all of which were purchased at a website called IndieVox. It is said “Audio Stream Not Supported”. But these files were not audio stream and they could be played by other software.

Thanks for your help.

Can you upload a file or two for us to look at? If you can send us a Dropbox link or similar, we can take a look.

If you don’t have anywhere to upload the files, let us know and we can give you a way to upload the files to our server. Thanks!

Hi @Wei_Ting_LU ---- Thank you for the follow up and my sincere apologies for the slow response.

Confirming that I have received “01 Wilderness.m4a”, the other link seems to be inactive. Any chance you can resupply?

Hi @Wei_Ting_LU ---- Thank you for your patience. I had a chance to test with the supplied media and I am noticing the same behavior here (i.e files landing in “Skipped files”, same message). In light of this I would like to gather some logs from you so our techs can have a closer look at what could be causing this behavior to occur.

May I very kindly ask you to please use the instructions found here and upload us a set of logs from the device hosting your Roon core.
