Another one that was released couple days ago, this one is black/death from Czechia and liking this more and more!

Has anyone noticed that some albums that have been previously available as digital in Bandcamp can no longer be purchased? I went to get other Atheist albums and they are not available anymore. Even the one I bought last week

I have not noticed that, do they show up in your purchases for download?
Because I deleted all my Bandcamp downloads last week thinking I would always be able to re-download them again (and that they are backed up on Google and Microsoft).
Will give this a listen as well thanks.

Yes, the one I bought last week can be downloaded but digital albums (that and others from Atheist) are no longer shown in album pages. Maybe it is temporary thing and will be fixed in future.

I enjoyed a top-tier doom metal Daily Mix based on the band Domkraft over the weekend. Here are two of the highlights:

Forming the Void - Reverie

Doomy, groovy and proggy.

ORYX - Lamenting a Dead World

Dark sludgy and dystopic.

Thanks just added them both for a listen

Thank you for details, sludge and doom got my interest right away. Just started Oryx album and based on couple tracks I like it! I have a feeling that I saw Oryx album earlier this year but forgot to listen it.

Forming the Void is new for me but I will also that one.

This was must buy from Bandcamp, new album from progressive death metal band Burial In The Sky. A big leap forward from their earlier album and very good mix of progressive metal elements. There are parts that remind me of Obscura and excellent Rivers Of Nihil: Where Owls Know My Name album where also saxophone was used (as is in this one).

Not so good Roon searches again… Searched artist name and it was 23rd artist found. (But there is other thread for these problems, so let’s just listen more music :slightly_smiling_face:)

Agreed, lets just enjoy the music!
This I consider a heavy metal/hard rock crossover.

Still my all time favorite hard rock group.
Nightmare is my top album, there is not a single bad cut on it and way too many great ones to name but…Victim is my all time #1 song.

Not heard this in a while.
Part of a very good metal playlist that Tidal sent me this morning

I think @AceRimmer posted that one a little while back. Just gave it a thorough listen a few nights ago myself and have it on my buy list.

I have the album in my Tidal library and have listened to it a few times but not for a while.
That may well be a CD purchase for me as well.

This is very similar in both concept and style to Avantasia.

Rock operas with multiple guest vocalists and musicians.

Lacuna Coil fans will like this one!

I am not that enthusiastic when technical death metal is combined with saxophones.
Not because I am categorically ‘against’ saxophones or technical death metal, it’s just that the mix of the two rubs me the wrong way. And that’s stating it very mildly.
