My Qobuz favorites have partially disappeared

Description of Issue

Of my 3,810 favorite albums on Qobuz platform (checked again today) and visible in Room until yesterday Oct 3th, today Roon only counts 476, seems to ignore the oldest ones.
I have restarted applications and devices (MacBook Pro, v381) and it remains the same.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!

This is a known issue that was reported as fixed but seems to be reoccurring. At some point your favourites should reappear. In the meanwhile, don’t delete any of them - they should come back of their own accord.

I haven’t experienced the problem so I’m not sure what causes them to leave, nor what persuades them to come back, but I do think they’ll come back at some point

Hi everyone, This is a known issue on the Qobuz side of things. It’s something they’re looking into and are working on a permanent fix for. We don’t have timelines for this from them. Typically albums should return the next day to your Roon library, but if you’re seeing otherwise please let Qobuz know and they can take a look at your account to see what’s happening. Thanks!
