Same issue for me but can sometimes be corrected by stopping play in Roon and restarting in BluOS. Troublesome that Bluesound don’t correct the issue as it clearly arose after a BluOS firmware update many months ago.
I have experienced similar problems, with Pulse Flex 2i, Pulse 2i grouped with 2x KEF LSWII
Music was out of sync right from the beginning of playing a song, or ran out of sync after some time. Usually the sync was bad between KEF and bluesound, sometimes even all of them.
Writing back and forth with NAD support didn’t really give a solution, main concern on their side was to make sure that it can’t be their fault. Even if the error appeared month ago, after updating the firmware of the bluesound speakers.
Well, while writing to their support i started trying out a couple of things.
The setting that did the trick was the ‘Resync Delay’ in the Device Setup menu of Roon Software.
I set this to 1000ms (or higher) on each pair of bluesound speakers.
Since doing that i have never experienced a problem again. Thought i should share this.
Maybe you can give it a try too?
Cheers!
Torsten
Thank you! I certainly will give it a try. Even more so as the latest updates coming from BluSound did not make anything better.
Just tried this and so far so good. Thank you for the tip.
I did the changes and had no issues anymore over the last days.
Excellent advice - Thanks a lot
Also had the out of sync issue with my grouped Dynaudio Focus 10’s combined with a Bluesound Flex 2i. Starts in perfect sync and then after one or more tracks offsets a tiny bit, just enough to be annoying.
Changed the setting as suggested and so far music stays in sync. Thanks
The dreaded out-of-sync has returned. Resync Delay settings don’t have any effect any longer.
I’ve disabled DSP for the units in question and the issue is again resolved, for now.
3 hours later it’s back. One of the grouped units is a wireless Pulse 2i and the other is a wired Pulse.
I have a setup with 3 node 2is all connected via Ethernet, plus 2 other Bluesound speakers on Wi-Fi. I typically play the 3 hardwired zones grouped since they are in adjacent areas of my house.
Since updating BluOS, the grouped zones are constantly going out of sync. I have all set with resync delay at 1000ms, I have tried grouping through the Bluesound app as some have suggested, but nothing seems to help.
For me, this has been a disaster. Like most here, I have put a lot of effort into building my system and I don’t enjoy listening to it now because of the constant syncing issues.
I don’t know what is going on between Roon and Bluesound, but their customers are paying the price for their inability or unwillingness to keep BluOS firmware “Roon ready”.

Before using ROON, please open the BluOS App and break all groups you may have. This includes any fixed groups such as Stereo Pairs.
Group only using ROON. If you have Sync problems, please contact ROON.
Appreciate your following up with Roon and Bluesound on this (I’m following both threads). Clearly something has changed, either on Roon’s side or Bluesound’s side, to create these sync issues, and “ask the other guys” isn’t a reasonable response.
Is Roon working with Bluesound to resolve this? Are the devices Roon Ready or not? Can we get an update from @support?
Many thanks for following up and for sharing the response. This is the exact same (terrible) response Bluesound kept repeating when we were dealing with the previous sync bug about 2 years ago. Blank denial from Bluesound of any problem even existing and a nonstop ‘talk to roon, thanks for understanding’. It was infuriating and it took them 14 months before they even acknowledged the bug and issued a firmware fix.Roon and Bluesound are partners and Roon ready certification should mean they work together to fix bugs.
Those of you with sync problems, do you have audio clock trim “for glitch-free audio synchronization” in the BluOS app settings turned on or off? I don’t see this option for my NAD T758v3i but it is available for my Nodes.
Possible and relevant only when using an external DAC.
The issue I’m having is with a Pulse Flex 2i and A Pulse 300, both are stand alone speakers using internal DACs.
I have the audio clock trim turned on for 2 of my 3 nodes, and off for one that feeds to any external dac. Even when grouping just the two without the external dac, I am experiencing sync issues.
Is the suggestion to turn this off across all endpoints?
I’m honestly not sure. I have encountered syncing issues with them on or off. I was just curious how others used these settings and if they made a difference.
This is still an ongoing issue for me, calmed for a few weeks for no apparent reason and then back with a vengeance over the weekend worse than before.
I can actually hear the audio slowing artificially on my Powernode like an old tape that’s running slow, really frustrating.
Fired off an email to the last BluOS email I had saying they were working on it and would get back to me - 2 months ago…
Same here. Ongoing but intermittent. I’ve had limited success with various options and suggestions recommended here and by Bluesound support but the issue returns.
I recently wired one offending unit to a mesh node and this worked for a couple of days before going out-of-sync. It’s really odd that it only began after the update last May.

Description of Issue
I’m having a strange timing issue. I know I can adjust zone timing, however it isn’t consistent. When I start playing music for the first time that day, all rooms play perfectly in time. After some time, a delay starts to happen. The Node plays first, with the other two rooms being delayed. The delay grows the longer it plays. It turns into a very large error of maybe 1 second.
The other night I noticed a more specific version of the error. I was playing Radiohead’s the Bends. It played the whole album without issue. When the album ended it filled in with another track from another album. The timing between rooms was immediately off, severely.
This only happens on Roon. When I use the native Bluos app it will play all day without issue.
Any advice would be appreciated. We play our music 90% of the time in multi-room so this makes Roon unusable.
Thank you
