Nad c3050le roon certified?

Hi all,

For those people with a nad c3050le - how did you get it running with roon? Mine comes up as not being certified and I can’t enable it.

Mine was immediately recognised. It did do a software update as soon as I installed it.

My problem was caused by me performing a factory reset. Solution for me was to work with Blusound/NAD support to revert software on NAD 3050 BluOS module to previous version. They accessed my system remotely to do thiat. That allowed device to show up as Roon Ready; then I could update to the right version in the normal process.
