since the latest update my C368 doesn’t show up anymore. It’s available using Airplay, but not anymore using Roons propriatery protocol? I already tried restarting roon server and reseting the amp and card - all without success.
Can you please have a quick look at this?
Probably this known issue with BluOS?
Contact NAD support as it’s a bug with the BluOS firmware that is well known and documented on here. They will roll it back so it can work again. This is all of Bluesounds making and they still haven’t released a fix for it it affects all of the range.

Thank you for the reports here. We have been able to reproduce this issue in the lab using BluOS firmware version 3.20.45 and power cycling the BluOS device.
We are in active communication with the Bluesound team and they are working on this issue. We are standing by and ready to assist them in any capacity they need to resolve this for all of our mutual customers.
In the meantime, we have found that performing a reboot of the Roon Core can help restore the Roon Ready functionality…
Yep, you’re absolutly rigth. After downgrading and afterwards upgrading it works as expected again…
