Normally on these products there is an extensive description of the way the product works by slowing down the rotation of the earth or aligning the flux in The Aether; here however, it doesn’t seem to explain what the filter is filtering.

If you don’t make any claims you can’t be done by the Advertising Standards Authority.

They don’t seem to make any claims that can be measured, other than ‘designed to operate at 100Mb/s’ which suggests it has half the pairs missing.

But hey, every ethernet interface uses transformers. Silver wound ethernet transformers? For that price, I’d want silver plated hair from a unicorn’s mane wrapped around fairy dust sprinkled cores, delivered by Gollum to tell me how ‘precious’ it is…
