New TIDAL songs not showing up in Roon (even after days)

Roon version 1.7 (build 505) stable (64bit)

Description Of Issue

Dear Roon,

I’ve already posted the following on a topic which was not categorized as a Support issue: Tidal albums not coming up

It’s been more than 2 days since The Weeknd’s new singles (“Blinding Lights” and “Heartless”) have been released on Tidal, but it still does not show up on Roon. Adding the two singles as favorites on Tidal did nothing. Logging out of Tidal and logging back in again also did nothing to resolve this issue.

I really hope Roon/Tidal will solve this in a structural way so this kind of stuff never happens again, cause it’s annoying to say the least. Thank you in advance.

You have our apologies for the trouble here. The team is aware of a current issue that is preventing new TIDAL content from appearing in Roon and they’re working to resolve this.
