Hi, folks. In case @Catherine_Wallace doesn’t make her way back here… I’ve been directly chatting with Cate for a few days. We hopped on the phone today and got her network sorted out. The most straightforward path was to put the Eero into bridge mode. Her network is more complicated than this thread suggested - she has a 16-port switch plugged into the Zyxel.
