No artist bio appearing on Roon App (mobile + web)

Description of Issue

There are no artist bios appearing on any artist profiles: background, influences etc. There are usually multiple paragraphs on artists but I can’t access these anywhere now. They used to be on the ‘Overview’ tab

Any advice on how I can resolve this is much appreciated!

Are your core and remotes on the same release level? What levels are you on?
Have you set the bios in settings on the remote?

Make sure that you have the Core and all remotes up to date. On mobile devices, you must update them from the app stores.

Had same issue. No question that updating the app via the iOS App Store immediately solved the issue on relaunch.
