I posted several days ago, not reply: this is the second thread from yesterday:
just logged out, and trying to log back into roon, won’t do it now, can’t find the core.
Roon Core Machine
imac 11.4 16gb ram
2 t HD
3.4 gh quad core
Networking Gear & Setup Details
ethernet from router (xfinity) to imac, no wifi
Connected Audio Devices
ps audio PWD
Library Size
nil, mostly streaming via tidal which went offline when I lost the core.
Description of Issue
1st problem, no audio devices found, for two days. yesterday I logged out of roon, now
2nd problem, core cannot found.
what now?

Your first thread was posted outside of the #support section of this forum – that’s probably why it has escaped the attention of Roon @support .
This one is in the correct place. I have flagged Roon’s support team so they will notice and closed the other thread.

David, can you please use these instructions to access your Roon logs and upload the entire set for review?

Try this if you have Tidal
Our team has been tracking an issue where Tidal accounts are becoming corrupt and causing issues like endless loading or audio devices missing. If you’re experiencing any of these issues, please follow the steps below to delete the tidal_account file.
The team is working on a permanent solution to this issue, but this workaround should get you back up and running in the meantime. Please note that you’ll need to sign back into Tidal in Roon after doing this.

Hi @David_G ,
Is the Mac you sent the screenshot from the Roon Core you intend to use? If so, can you please try pressing the “Use this Mac” button and see if you are able to use Roon? Thanks!

that worked, Roon up and running again, and Tidal re-subscribed, showing in Roon now. thxs. we can close out this thread.
