Hey @David_G –
Your first thread was posted outside of the #support section of this forum – that’s probably why it has escaped the attention of Roon @support.
This one is in the correct place. I have flagged Roon’s support team so they will notice and closed the other thread.
Hello @David_G ,
Thanks for reaching out and for your patience here, it does look like the thread was in a section we don’t monitor, thanks @RBM for moving this over.
David, can you please use these instructions to access your Roon logs and upload the entire set for review?
If you have any issues accessing them or uploading to a sharing service, just let us know, thanks!
Try this if you have Tidal
sorry, how, or where do i upload tht log file?
here’s the link to download the compressed log file: ShareFile
have you been able to review my uploaded log file from 3 days ago? 8/13. thxs.
Nope, didn’t work, deleted the tidal file, but still can’t find the core.
Hi @David_G ,
Is the Mac you sent the screenshot from the Roon Core you intend to use? If so, can you please try pressing the “Use this Mac” button and see if you are able to use Roon? Thanks!
that worked, Roon up and running again, and Tidal re-subscribed, showing in Roon now. thxs. we can close out this thread.
