Try rebooting once more (I’ve seen instances where it has taken a couple of reboots to work). If no joy, then try clearing the cache on the Roon Core:

Hi @Douglas_Peot, Thanks for giving the DNS changes a try. The next steps here would be to clear out the Roon cache to see if it helps. Can you give these instructions a try? Exit out of Roon Find and open your Roon database Navigate to Roon/Cache Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
