Tidal not showing new releases from the last 2 fridays, anyone has this problem?

On the home page, I see new releases, but on the TIDAL page new releases are from two weeks ago.

As always, to get help from Roon you have to open a ticket by going to Support ( ā click here) and then clicking Get Help. Roon Labs doesnāt monitor user discussions here under the Roon Software Discussion category.
which tidal do you use, tidal USA oder Germany?

Germany, but I donāt think thatās important for Roonās selection of new releases
only asked, because with sense app of Innuos it is the same, so I guess it is a Tidal mistake

I just opened the Tidal app and it told me that it canāt load the Home Screen
The problem still exists (I am based in Munich) and I suspect itās due to Roon. Todayās new releases can be seen in the Tidal app, but not in Roon > Tidal > New Albums (still showing the status from August 15). The search function also fails to find the albums released today by Big Thief and David Byrne (for example).
Same problem with Tidal Singapore. I canāt see new releases since August 15 in Roon, but I can see them in the Tidal app. I added an album released today in the Tidal app, synced Tidal in Roon, but the album didnāt show up as added. I was really looking forward to listening to the new album in Roon (with the DSP settings). Too bad.
Today, the Tidal app updated on the MacBook, and yesterday on the smartphone (Samsung S24), and it started showing new albums in the new releases section. The Roon team needs to adjust the Tidal section built into the interface. A Tidal Brazil account is being used.
There is no active support thread for this on the forums at all. I recommend that someone like @Felipe_Lopez, @erho, @clicksound, @Arthur_Gonzales_III and @Vadim_Lvov create one and that others continue the discussion there, or your problem might never be addressed.
OK I somehow missed this in my search. Thanks @Mr.Flibble - That said, the opportunity for all the other posters in this thread is that this may have been solved sooner if folks did what @Kerry_Davies did and reported this via a Support request.

Iāve replied back in my thread suggesting Roon support staff should be proactive and carry out daily checks to ensure services are working as expected. It would be nice if there was a Service Status page in case of any techincal issues\outages. It would at least notify Roon users and may stop support tickets being raised, knowing it is being investigated.
Same here. No new albums in Tidal since 15th of August according to Roon.
Same. Also the MQA categories which are most prominent on mobile havenāt been updated since 2023.
