Hi, I’m enjoying Roon ARC a lot, especially because of it’s online and offline mode. The only thing is, in offline mode there are no or very small album covers shown. Switching back to online, shows them all perfectly. I use only my own locally stored audio files, no streaming.
Is there a way to make ARC synchronize all the album covers?
Yes, it is very annoying. There were several attempts to fix it but they clearly were off the mark. It has been reported many times in Early Access (and I think elsewhere in Support etc) and they have a ticket (but I don’t know what’s so hard TBH). E.g. these and several others:

For this new update my car radio now doesn’t show any info of what tracks playing, with the songs playing themselves with no input possible form me (and that partly goes for the ARC app itself).
ARC is getting worse and worse, in my instance.
Please open a new thread for your issue in Support. This one here is in Roon Software Discussion, which is not regularly monitored by Roon Labs.
Plus cover issues in CarPlay / Android Auto seem to have different causes than on the phone app, I was told.
Finally, although not everything is fixed, the general feedback seems to be that ARC reliability has become much better with recent updates, so it’s probably odd that it is becoming worse for you.
