Sync Button is still missing

And this is the message I got from Noris:

But this was Dec 19 and till now still not resolved.

Can someone advise status and when will I get the Sync Button back?

PS I just signed up for Lifetime membership, believing that Roon will resolve the issue. Should I regret this move?
