Not connecting to NAD M50.2

Hi - I am unable to connect to my NAD M50.2, which I thought was Roon Ready. I did not have any problems connection w/ BluOS and synching to my NAS (Drobo) my DAC is a DCS Puccini, and was able to connect Tidal to the NAD. The Roon keeps spinning looking for the connection. I also manually entered the IP address and that did nothing as well.
I am not sure how to breakout of the existing attempt to connect and try some other approach, nor do I know what the approach would be.

Please provide a brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Any information about your network hardware and settings would be helpful as well.

When you say you used “BluOS” and it worked as intended, was this using the BluOS application on your Roon Core device or on another device on your network such as a smartphone or tablet?
