Cant change my Roon Ready device, there should be “Not Your Device?” button shows up, but i cant find it.
I don’t have a “Not your device” in this screen either, I don’t think that’s a problem. What are you trying to do?
Roon has identified the device, so this isn’t displayed. You only see the message if it’s not Roon tested.
select wrong device🥹i need change the device, i remember there should be “not your device” or “indentify device” under the device icon. But it disappeared.
Then perhaps try and load defaults?
Hi Martin, thanks for the reply, how can i change the device if i picked the wrong device? like the fisrt time identify the roon ready device that there is a list let me choose manually.

zidoo z9x and zidoo dmp-a6, both show neo s 
Can you try going to the Settings > Audio screen, click the gearwheel icon on the device and choose “Disable”? That may reset things for you…
DMP A6 has not been certified yet and they have had their knuckles wrapped for trying to sneak it in under the NEO S. Its now supposed to have passed according to Zidoo but lets wait as its not updated on Roons Partner page yet. There is a thread on this bad behaviour. The Z9x should show correctly as it is certified so if it doesn’t then will need support to look into it
