I cannot connect to NPO Radio 2 anymore since 2 weeks now.
I live in The Netherlands.
Other network radio connections work.
Pleas help
All 4 streams work for me. Has anything changed in your setup? DNS?
Not that i am aware of.
If i test directly from my smartphone it works.
But from roon rock it simply states cannot find the radio.
All four streams of NPO radio 2 on Roon rock work fine for me.
Was that through the same router as rock?
Have you rebooted Rock? Maybe router too if the smartphone was not using it.

Reboot rock did not solve it.
Note that the streams of npo radio2 as shown in roon are http, yet searching on internet they should be https ?

If i paste this in roon my live radio, it says it cannot find the radio.
Yet if i paste this in my webbrowser on my smartphone it works
Could it be some corruption in the local storage of the radio info?
It is the radio so far that does not work in roon
Correction, the other npo radios do not work either.
Http vs Https shouldn’t make any difference here.
Can we check your codecs? Try the following stations please

Yes, it is weird.
I do have de codec etc , it used to work up to about a week ago, be it with roon losing connection randomly according to my wife.
I am now in the process of checking and updating my firewall. But is a business one, so needed a period with no need for internet traffic.
When done will test and then as last resort unplug and replug the ziggo router.
Checked every node in the internet chain. No success.

No, that’s not an audio URL. I meant search for the station using the magnifying glass and play that. They are in the database.
Those stations are useful for checking your codecs, but I think you have a network problem, not codecs - you don’t appear to be making connections. (I still think DNS) .
Rebooting router should have cleared the cache, so I’m stuck. I suggest we move this thread to #support and let the professionals take over. It’s not a #live-radio problem anyway as others can play the stations without problems
To help them can you provide as complete a description of your setup as you can?

Today i lost the entire library !!! It takes over a minute for a client to connect(much longer than before), and i only see the files i have local on a nas.
I am not very happy at all!!!
Also a new version of rock installed.
I cannot attach a copy of the log file of roon server.
Please HELP.
