I have the same problems with my Nucleus. I imagine that you got yours up and running.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Are you able to access the Nucleus Web UI? Can you please share a screenshot of what you see there?
