Nucleus disconnecting and requiring power cycle to reconnect (ref#9BWA38)

Describe the issue

I have been having consistent connection issues with my Nucleus. It will work for an hour or so and then it disconnects and won’t reconnect unless I power cycle the Nucleus. It was originally connected to one of my mesh router nodes (wired backhaul).

I have since moved it to connect directly to the router. I then tried a new Ethernet cable. Neither of those changes has resolved the issue. I think I have Nucleus Rev B but I’m not positive.

Could you please reproduce the issue one more time and note the exact time it occurs?

After that, please collect the logs following these instructions. Note that we need the “Logs” folder located inside the “RoonServer” folder, not the one in the “Roon” folder.

Once you have them, please upload the files to our Logs uploader so we can investigate further.

Hmmm. Actually, after resetting yesterday in the new location right at the switch I haven’t had any dropouts. We’ll see how long it lasts.
