Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Nucleus drops off line - or very slow to play

So we can better understand the issue, can you please elaborate on the above?

  • What kind of issues are you experiencing? Are you unable to reach the Nucleus from your remotes? Does playback stop?
  • How often do you experience these issues?
  • Are you able to access the Web UI when this behavior occurs?
  • Do these issues happen for all endpoints, or just specific ones?
