Nucleus Losing its connection to the Router

I’ve gotten help from @beka in the past, maybe she can tell me who to contact or where to send my Nucleus for repairs.

Another bit of info is that is that my router is showing that my Nucleus is ‘Offline’ and I haven’t been able to get it back to an online status.

Is the power button on the back still on?

Yes, it’s still illuminated while the unit is showing offline status.

I bought one of these just to make sure my ethernet cable wasn’t the problem and it tests fine.
