Describe the issue

Brand new Nucleus One does not recognize added internal SSD. Two different drives tested, both visible and working ok in Windows.

We are sorry to see you’ve bumped into such a problem.

In this case you’ll have to open a ticket to RMA team.

Please go back to the page where you open a ticket to us and select option “I’m having a problem with nucleus hardware”. This option will allow you to create a ticket to replacement / warranty repair team.
