I have a Nucleus One, installed in July 2025. Yesterday the power to it went out. With restored power, I turned on the unit. When I opened Roon, my two server choices were the former core, a Macbook Air and my iMac 24, which was never a core. No nucleus. On the iMac I see the Nucleus One, but it is not up-to-date. I have restarted the Nucleus One three times. Also, the IP address is different than my notes from installation. 192.168.1.183 (installation) and today 192.168.1.184.
Networking Gear & Setup Details
It is connected by ethernet cable to my Netgear CAX 80. WiFi is working normally.
Connected Audio Devices
Nucleus is connected to a Moon 390 by Moon’s (WiFi) Mind Network. Prior to outage was working fine. Mind Network overrides cable connection.

Description of Issue
Roon on iMac 24 and iPad cannot find/connect to Nucleus One.
Can you access the webui for the nucleus at the IP address you posted?
Also note, there have been issues tiday with Cloudflate that have prevented some servers from starting. Mine just now came back online a few minutes ago. So you may need to wait a bit?
If you can access the webui see if the server is started.
As @bearFNF mentioned, it would be very helpful to know if the Web UI for the device can still be accessed. If you can access the WebUI, but there is an issue with the unit running older software, you can perform an Operating System reinstall, and this should update the Nucleus to the latest version. Let us know if this helps!
