Description of Issue

My Nucleus One stopped working. Whne I try to (re)boot, there is no response to prssing the On/Off button, and no white light comes on. A friend also has a Nucleus One and I have tested mine on his power adapter. My power adapter works on his Nucelus One, and my Nucleus One does not work on his power adapter either. So the problem is with the Nucleus One, probably mother board? I have contacted Roon Support but no response yet. I bought my Nucleus One in July 2025.
