· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

Brand new Nucleus One, Connects to network fine. Can access the admin page. Did software update. Rebooted router and Nucleus. Nucleus won't connect to Roon and says Update required. Help THX

What are you using to try and connect to it? Phone? Tablet? Laptop?
What version of Roon Remote is that connecting device on?

@Brian_Kelly You appear to have a mixture of Early Access and Production builds of Roon on your devices. So the Early Access version of Roon on your Mac is finding the Production build of Roon Server on your Nucleus and complaining that it needs to be updated.

Either get all your devices on Early Access or keep them all on Production. You should not have a mixture of builds - that only leads to issues like this…

@Brian_Kelly,

It appears that your Mac is running the Early Access version of Roon, which is causing the connection issue with your Nucleus.

To resolve this, please reinstall the main production version of Roon on your Mac.

Let us know if this gets you back up and running.

Thanks.

Got everything working. Thx
