Roon continues to drop the internal Samsung drive QVO 8TB SSD

I can not reopen the chat.
The drive is a QVO not EVO.
This issue is getting old, and now the same is happening to Seagate external back-up drives - which require re-formatting before Roon will recognize the drive.
I am willing to send the unit back as is with the drive not recognized for you to look at the hardware to determine what is happening.
I do not want to continue to enter the case to reset the drive, or re-seat the cables.
The failure is on about a 4 month interval - and normally not too long after a software update.
Help.
