Nucleus unresponsive since last update

I believe updates are not an issue now.

Happy to hear that the Nucleus unit is working well now!

As @wizardofoz mentioned, we have since addressed this behavior via a software update, you only have to do the recovery procedure if you were impacted at the time of the update, but Roon updates moving forward should be just fine to install.

thank you Wiz, Noris and Dylan for your help/patience! we are very attached to our Roon software and of course the music so it’s great to have it back running smoothly.
