Are you using Exclusive mode in Audirvana and JRiver? If so, perhaps that’s the difference.

I spoke to the hardware team and they have not seen this kind of behavior occur on their end. Can you please share a screenshot of the audio settings that you are using in JRiver that plays as expected? Thanks!
