Permissions issue after moving server from iMac (ref#GGMA12)

Select your Nucleus model from the list below

· Nucleus One

I'm having trouble with my Nucleus hardware

· Other

Select the option that fits best

· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

It seems there is a permissions problem, previously the core was installed on an Imac

There is no permission issue described in your report. Please describe the issue you face. Sometimes a picture says more than a thousand words – you can post pictures on the forum.

There is another thread here, but not less cryptic:

Hi @marini838,
Thanks for reaching out to ask for our help.

We’re here to answer any questions you have. What would you like to know?

I would have to deauthorize the iMac (the core was there) to be able to use the Nucleus One

Which is obvious. So again: What is your issue? Does Roon not present you with a screen where you can do the deauthorization of the iMac?

Or purchase another subscription if you need to run two Roon servers simultaneously, such as two active servers at two locations (homes).
