· Hello,
I am facing a weird issue with my setup.
Running Roon based on ROCK and 2 remote devices based on RPi with a DAC, for controlling everything I am using my Mac and Roon Desktop
The Mac is also an output device where I am using the “System Output” for locally listening to my music on whatever device is connected to it, this can be the internal speakers, my analog headphone or an bluetooth headset.
Now for the unexpected issue.
When I play music to one of my remote devices and have no music playing on my Mac the remote streaming audio stops playback whenever I switch off my bluetooth headset connected to my Mac. Roon is running on my Mac during this issue. I guess it is related to my local Roon client detecting the switch for the System Output device.
Roon Server is 2.71, my desktop client is 2.65, the remote devices are running Roon Bridge 2.60
Any ideas why this happens and and more important, how can I avoid this?
thnxz
John
