lol, you’re on a roll this morning.
I think the model is effective because I learned a thousand things from existing answers on the forum that I wouldn’t have learned if the answers had been given privately, but they need a few more people on staff
and they need a MUCH faster and MORE reliable escalation procedure (at least that is my personal exierence where it took several years to fix a bug between Roon and Linn)
Same for me.
But it is easy for me to talk as I had no major issue.
The one time I really needed roon support for something important, they addressed the issue very quickly and satisfactorily.
