Problem setting 14 day trial

Set up the 14 day trial last night followed the prompts but when I try to play any music theres which there’s no audio device selected.

When I set it up roon recognised the dac I was using = ADL GT40A.

After that I was lost.

Please help.

Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you have noted may I very kindly ask you to please provide the following:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

  • Just to make sure we are on the same page here :innocent: the ADL GT40A is not being recognized by the application, correct? If this is indeed the case, can you please verify if you are making use of any antivirus applications or firewalls on the device that the DAC is currently mounted to. If there are please temporarily disable these functions and confirm if this yields a change in behavior.
