Still not fixed after more than a year, even with new version 1.8. After my MacBook Pro is idle for many hours, or overnight, I get a blank screen instead of the album display, and Roon reports a problem with ‘focus’. ‘Try removing focus criterial’ is the exact wording. if I try to get out of it Roon crashes. I do not use focus, and don’t care about it, and never invoke it. Come on guys, in more than a year no one has asked for a log. I’ve provided screen shots. It doesn’t matter which Apple update I’m on. I even replaced my laptop once during this problem. It doesn’t matter. As A lifetime subscriber, and someone normally enthusiastic about the product this support is really sub par.
