Please describe your setup in details using this FAQ as a guide.
Also, would you mind to do the following test:
- Close Roon
- Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Roon
- Move all folders accept the ‘Application’ folder to any other folder (do not delete them, because that’s your actually database which contains all edits, playlists, play history etc.)
- Launch Roon
- Let us know if you are getting the same result
