Please open a tech support case and someone will help you with your problem. (Although it may take a bit of time because there are currently so many problems to solve).
The result of the update on QNAP and some Synology devices may be the same, but the solutions differ - all QNAPs need Docker now, but some Synology models can be updated, others will need to switch to Roon’s new Docker solution, too, but the details may differ.
