Qobuz albums missing from library but present in My Qobuz [Ticket In]

Hi Roon-lovers,

I have the same issue as described in this thread:

However, the solutions mentioned there don’t work for me. After starting with a clean database and restoring the backup, I launched Roon, and I can literally watch the number of albums decrease in the Home section—the count visibly ticks down.

If I restore a backup, I see my original album count again, and the albums also appear in the “Recently Added” section under “Recent Activity.” From there, I can click on the albums—they still have my ratings and can be played without issues. But after a while, the albums disappear again, and they are marked as if they were deleted.

Why is this happening?

I’m running a Windows-based server.
