My Qobuz albums just started coming back…
tell us more
I have 50 of 87 back. I was at 0 earlier today.
Hi @vova, thanks for the update. In my case, I can see my Qobuz album count rapidly decreasing to zero. Restoring a backup brings the missing albums back for a while, but they disappear again when I try to resolve discrepancies between Qobuz and Roon or after some period of time with no action.
Today, Roon also retrieved the wrong album art for a few albums, including one local album.
Would it be helpful for me to open a new support ticket with these details, or should I just wait for a general resolution?
Same here with build 1496, all qobuz albums gone but manually add them back from qobuz->my qobuz, which still can see those favorites seems temporary getting those back.
But you will see that they will go to zero [frequently]. I had more than 50% back but they disappeared a few hours later.

Describe the issue
This is the second time this happened. I was playing music and it suddenly stopped. I opened my iPhone and it said “the album has been removed”. I go to check my saved albums and it’s empty. I should have many albums saved. How can I bring them back?

I am assuming that you are referring to Qobuz albums that you have added to your library and therefore merged your post into the main thread on this issue. It’s a known issue and Roon Labs are working on a fix.
Is there an answer to whether we should be keeping older backups from before this became a problem, and not overwriting them automatically?
The issue is to do with the synchronisation process between Qobuz & Roon, and not directly connected with the backups. Restoring an older backup may temporarily restore Qobuz albums to your library, but they will probably get removed again the next time the sync process runs.
I’m experiencing an issue accessing my Qobuz library. I’ve been using both Tidal and Qobuz for years, but my Roon has suddenly stopped displaying my Qobuz library. I have over 10,000 albums combined from Tidal, Qobuz, and files stored locally. The total album count has decreased by the number of albums I have in my Qobuz library.
I also checked FOCUS > Storage Locations in the ‘My Albums’ section and discovered that Qobuz has completely disappeared—its album count is now zero, and none of the albums are showing there at all. However, when I check “My Qobuz,” those albums are still listed there—they just don’t appear in my main album collection.
I’ve meticulously curated my albums over the years, organizing them by artist and label without relying on tags. Re-adding or reloading the missing albums would disrupt all the work I’ve put into this curation. I suspect this issue started after installing the latest update, though I’m not entirely sure.
I’ve tried logging out and back into the Qobuz service several times, as well as forcing a sync multiple times, but none of these actions have resolved the issue.

I’ve been using Roon for years without this issue, but the problem suddenly started after installing the latest update. I’m curious if it might be related to the latest update.
Same here, I’ve never had this problem and it’s surely more than a coincidence that a Roon update has just been applied. Is it possible to roll back the update and see if all Qobuz items re-appear? If that’s not possible for users it must be possible for Roon until the root cause is identified.
A post was split to a new topic: I Don’t Want to be a Beta Tester
But should we keep a backup from prior to this happening? Roon overwrites backups and only keeps the most recent ten. Should we keep an older backup from before this disaster hit, in case it’s required for restoring to a point prior?
No - the age of backups is irrelevant in connection with this issue.

Describe the issue
My Qobuz library won’t sync and show up in my Roon library. I’ve been using Roon with my Qobuz library for many years and all of a sudden it is not showing. In the settings it says I’m connected. If I navigate to Qobuz I can see all my favourites. However, my albums are no longer showing in Roon. When I go to focus, my SSD stored library is there, my Tidal library is there but not my Qobuz library. I have powered down the core on my Mac running Sequoia. I’ve disconnected Qobuz and logged in again but still the issue persists.

I think this is another manifestation of an issue that is already being addressed by Roon.
