I’ve seen this issue raised plenty of times in here but it’s the first time I’ve experienced it. Qobuz favourites are available from Qobuz link but have suddenly stopped displaying within my library (eg album view). I’d like it fixed properly please.

While the issue may sound similar, the cause might be different, so we’d like to investigate your specific case and offer some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve this.
If you haven’t already done so, could you please log out of Qobuz in Roon, fully reboot your device (powering it down, unplugging it for a few minutes and plug it back in, then turn it on), and log back in to your Qobuz account through Roon?
If that does not help the situation, the next step would be to clear the cache. To do this, please complete the following:
- Exit out of Roon
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
- Move the contents of the
/Cachefolder elsewhere, like your desktop
- Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
