Qobuz not connecting anymore with roon

Same thing here. This has happened at least twice now. Thinking about yanking Qobuz and going back to Tidal

Have you rebooted you roon core server?

How do i do that? Nucleus

Go to the web UI and choose reboot from the drop down. See link below for more information.

On roon App go to Settings > Set up > Find roon OS > click on Nucleus IP address and that will open the Web Administration Interface on your web browser. The upper right hand corner has the On/Off and Reboot button.

I’m seeing a similar problem with Qobuz. No problem logging in on web, app or Roon but it will not play back.

Ubuntu 20.04 Core.

STATUS
Successfully signed in.

STREAMING QUALITY
No stream formats available

Reboot Core, no change.
Logout/Login, no change.

I should add that this is a trial account.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: As per Qobuz Support the trial account was the culprit. Selection of a Streaming package solved the problem.

Having the exact same issues over the past 3-4 days. I heard it was being worked on, but a status update would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here, using a Mac mini, can log into the Qobuz app no problem.
Tried a lot of suggestions nothing worked, so last night I turned off my Mac mini and turned it in again tonight, now I was able to log in, but halfway trough the first song, Qobuz lost connection again!!!

Same issue here but, after logging out of Qubuz within Roon, I now receive an unexpected error when trying to log back in. Restarted Mac mini Core - no change.

I can log out and in from thE Qubuz app and web version but unable to log back in through Roon.

And now Qobuz came back without me doing anything!!!
Must be a Roon problem!

Well … something must be amiss…
Accessing Roon from my laptop (W11) + FiiO KA3 as USB DAC + Sennheiser.

What on earth is the problem?

It’s OK here (in the Netherlands). Have you tried rebooting your Core?

It’s the workaround while Qobuz and Roon Labs investigate the cause…
