·I am experiencing a problem with Qobuz playlist synchronization in Roon.
I have approximately 130 playlists in my Qobuz account.
When I navigate to:
Roon → Qobuz → My Qobuz → My Playlists
all playlists are displayed correctly, and every playlist contains the expected tracks.
However, when I navigate to:
Roon → Playlists
only 9 of the 130 playlists contain their tracks. The remaining 121 playlists are listed but show 0 tracks.
All playlists are present and fully populated in both the Qobuz app and under Roon → Qobuz → My Qobuz → My Playlists, so the issue appears to be limited to how they are synchronized into Roon’s Playlists section.
The playlists are visible in both locations, but only the playlists under Roon → Playlists lose their contents. This suggests the issue is not with Qobuz itself, but with the synchronization between the Qobuz library and Roon’s internal playlist database.
The problem started a couple of days ago.
To troubleshoot the issue, I have already tried the following:
- Logged out of Qobuz and logged back in.
- Logged out of Roon and signed back in.
- Manually synchronized the Qobuz library.
- Waited for the library to fully resynchronize.
- Restarted the Roon Core.
- Reinstalled both the Roon Server software and the Roon Operating System.
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.
System information
- Roon ROCK running on an Intel NUC
- Music library: 5,635 albums / 84,528 tracks
- Roon Operating System: 2.71 (Build 1675) – Early Access
- Roon Server: 2.71 (Build 1675)
- Qobuz account connected
- 121 of 130 Qobuz playlists are empty in Roon
- The issue only affects Qobuz playlists.
- The problem is identical on all Roon Remote devices.
Could you please help me determine what is causing this problem?
If there are any diagnostic logs or additional information you need, I would be happy to provide them.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
