QOBUZ stop suddenly

In the last few days I have had a problem, and that is
that after a long time working properly with Quobuz, suddenly it stops, jumps to the next track and stops, jumps to the next track and stops, and so on.
How can I fix this bug?
Thank you

Welcome to the forum.

Does it happen with all resolutions or just with hires?

Also it would help if you could provide the details about your system setup and network that you might have seen in the posting template, at least if your post was initially created here in Support

@Jesus_Gonzalez, could this apply in your case; or otherwise be (partially) responsible for causing what you’re experiencing?

HI,
my system heart is the Rose 150.
It happens to me with all resolutions.
It is true that sometimes, and this happened occasionally, with a very high resolution recording it would get stuck.
The truth is that the same playlist that I have on Quobuz, if I play it with the native Rose application connected to Quobuz, I do not experience any problems.

This is the thing. Roon works differently: FLAC files from Qobuz are decoded on the Roon Server and the uncompressed PCM data is streamed to the endpoint. The OEM streaming solutions (and I would think it’s the same for Rose) streams the compressed FLAC to the endpoint and then decompresses it there.

So Roon puts less computing load on the endpoint but it requires more network bandwidth. The problem you have seems quite typical for a network limitation. What is your Roon Server and how is everything connected to the network? But it’s also possible that the problem is at the Qobuz side, like what @Mark_Sealey mentioned.
