Recent Listening - Home Section of Roon

It took more than a week during my Roon trial before the recent listening widget on the home section of Roon showed anything other than 0m. Then it populated with back days of listening also. Now it’s gone back to showing 0m listened. Bug? Does anyone else have this experience also?

Here had happened the same. After switch of language and restart of ROON Core the issue was gone.

I’ve noticed the same thing. I found that if I restart my ROON Core the stats come back for a few days and then mysteriously disappear again.

While I’m glad it’s not just me…it seems like a simple enough issue…reported by enough people…that this could be addressed already. Fingers crossed…

I guess, you mean following thread: Listening Time Disappeared I have learnt from this thread, that the listening time history will vanish again … Good to know.

There’s also this FYI,

"Time Listened Last 4 Weeks" is stuck at 0 minutes [Ticket In]

I’ve had the stats showing zero for some period of time then come back without me taking any action. It does that over and over. I don’t use ARC.

An update here. Out dev team is working on a possible fix at the moment. As a short summary of the investigation is the following. There’s a strange state when the clock rolls over where the first play in your listening history is ahead of the date we have in the cached profile listening information. That’s most likely to happen on RoonOS devices which are always using UTC timezone. Hopefully, we are going to have this resolved soon. Thanks! – Ivan
